Charge Store provides a self-order collection option with the following guidelines:

1. If you choose to pick up your order personally, please visit our office. In this scenario, no shipping charges will be applied from our warehouse.
2. If you miss the delivery from our courier, you can retrieve your product from our office, but shipping charges will be applicable in this case.
3. The self-pick service is currently exclusive to Faisalabad, where our office is located. However, we have plans to extend this service to other major cities in the future.
4. To utilize the self-order collection service, contact our support team via email, chat, or phone. Our support staff will provide the address, or you can look it up on Google.
5. When collecting your order, please visit the designated pick-up location during their operating hours. Remember to bring your order ID, the pickup notification received through SMS, and your original CNIC for verification.
6. Both online payment and cash are accepted for payments when picking up your order from the location. The office is open from Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Enjoy your purchase!
