To ensure smooth order processing and reduce delivery failures, Charge Store requires a non-refundable advance payment on all orders, calculated based on the total shipment weight.
This policy helps us reduce fake orders, secure inventory, and cover logistics and packaging expenses.
📦 Advance Payment Structure

This advance is non-refundable, even if the customer does not receive or accept the order.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Once the advance is paid and the order is confirmed, no cancellations or refunds of the advance will be provided under any circumstances.
- If the customer refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address, or is unavailable at the time of delivery, the advance will be forfeited.
- The remaining balance (if any) will be payable before shipping or on delivery, as applicable.
✅ Refund Exceptions
A full refund (including the advance) will only be issued if:
- Charge Store cancels the order due to stock issues or operational reasons.
- The order is not dispatched within the committed processing time and no communication is received from our side.
