Lekin aap ne kaha ke 'meri beti ro rahi hai' aur product rakhne ka keh kar sirf discount maanga. Hum ne foran aapko discount bhi de diya or usi time process bhe kar dia without any major inspection of the product even jabke aapke order ke details fake thein.
Support staff ne store ki policy ke khilaf jaa ke aapko refund diya, kyun ke hamari policy ke mutabiq hum sirf same name aur number par hi refund send karte hain.
Hamare end se sab kuch theek tha aur hum ne aapko proper packing ki video bhi bheji thi.
Yeh product china se import hotay hain jese hum ne buy keye wese he testing kar ke apko send kar dia. Hum ne koi bhe fake product apko nae bheja. Is dafa jitne bhe Fans hum ne purchase keye hain is main se kise main bhe perfume wala foam nae tha. Or by the way you can add perfume in water too.
Ek taraf product ka loss humara hua, doosri taraf aap delivery charges bhi denay ko ready nahi thiin. Phir bhi hum ne kabhi aap se yeh nahi kaha ke hum return accept nahi karein ge.
Humne apko free main return ke bhe offer ki but you did not accept.
Hum ne apko free replacement ki offer ki butyou did not accepet because you did not want to pay for delivery.
Even hum ne apko bola ap product return kar dain we will refurnd the amount of product not delivery charges. but ap ne us pe pe bhe agree nae kia or review bad dene ki dhamki de.
