π Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is damaged during transit (e.g., broken, dented, leaking).
- You provide a clear unboxing video recorded while opening the sealed parcel.
- The product is in its original condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Used, worn, or altered items
- Returns without an unboxing video
- Products returned without prior approval

- Send a recorded video clearly showing the issue while unboxing.
- Wait for approval before shipping the product back to us.
π Return Shipping Terms
- Customers must return the item to: Office #12, Civic Center, West Canal Road, Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan
- Return shipping charges are not covered by Charge Store and will be deducted from the refund.
- We do not accept unpaid or COD return parcels.
π Inspection & Refund Process
- Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7β10 business days.
