At ChargeStore.pk, we ensure a strict quality control process where every product is thoroughly checked before dispatch. However, if any issue arises during transit, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

You may request a return if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is damaged during transit (e.g., broken, dented, leaking).
  • You provide a clear unboxing video recorded while opening the sealed parcel.
  • The product is in its original condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

🚫 Returns Not Accepted For:

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Used, worn, or altered items
  • Returns without an unboxing video
  • Products returned without prior approval

  2. Send a recorded video clearly showing the issue while unboxing.
  3. Wait for approval before shipping the product back to us.

🚚 Return Shipping Terms

  • Customers must return the item to: Office #12, Civic Center, West Canal Road, Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan
  • Return shipping charges are not covered by Charge Store and will be deducted from the refund.
  • We do not accept unpaid or COD return parcels.

  • Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
