Return and Refund Policy
We have a 07-day return policy, which means you have 07 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- If you return the product, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Ensure that the product is in its original condition with the original packaging.
- Ship the product to our office address: Office # 12, Civic Center, West Canal Road, Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan
- When returning the product to us, you will be responsible for the shipping fees. We will not pay any shipping costs.
- Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Upon successful inspection, we will proceed with the refund process.
- If the product was purchasedonline and the payment was made online, the refund will be processed through the same online payment method used for the purchase If the product was purchased via COD your payment will be refunded via bank account, jazzcash, or easy paisa account. The name of the bank account and easy paisa account must be the same as the order details.
