If you place an order with it is essential to first review our shipping policy.

  1. Deliveries are scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday.
  2. Our shipping process ensures a reliable delivery within 2-3 business days. If there are any delays or pending issues, we will promptly notify you.
  3. Faisalabad residents can take advantage of our self-order collection services.
  4. Upon order placement, a comprehensive order invoice, including product details and pricing, will be emailed to you if you provide your email address.
  5. A tracking ID will be sent to your email to facilitate monitoring your parcel’s journey once it is shipped. Log into your Charge Store account to track your order.
  6. Upon receiving your package, carefully inspect the external condition for any signs of damage or tampering during transit.
  7. If you have concerns about the shipment’s condition, kindly refrain from signing and accepting the delivery. Return the package to the courier, and we will promptly replace the items.
  8. Record a video while opening the plastic flyer and unboxing the product. This video will serve as a reference to compare the received product with the packing video we sent you.
  9. In case of tampered or missing items upon package inspection, contact our Customer Care at +92 339 401 7010 within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
  10. Please note that the delivery address cannot be changed after placing an order. If needed, cancel the order, and the payment will be refunded; then, re-order with the correct address.
