✅ How Self-Pickup Works
- If you choose to pick up your order in person, you can visit our Faisalabad office. In this case, no shipping charges will apply.
- If a courier delivery attempt is missed or refused, and you later decide to collect the product from our office, shipping charges will still be applicable.
📍 Service Availability
- Self-pickup is currently available only in Faisalabad.
- We plan to expand this option to other major cities in the future.

To request self-collection:
- Contact our Customer Support via Email, Live Chat, WhatsApp, or Phone.
- Our team will share the pickup location and Google Maps link upon confirmation.
📅 Pickup Timing & Requirements
- Pickup hours: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Please bring the following for verification:
- Your Order ID
- The pickup confirmation SMS
💳 Payment at Pickup
- You can pay using cash or online transfer at the time of pickup (if not already paid online).
