🕒 Delivery Schedule
- Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
- Standard delivery time is 03 – 05 business days.
- In case of any delays or delivery issues, our team will notify you promptly via call or message.
🚴 Local Delivery & Pickup (Faisalabad)
- All Faisalabad orders are delivered via our in-house rider service, ensuring same-day delivery.
- Alternatively, customers can choose to self-pickup their orders from our Faisalabad office.
- Pickup hours: Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

📦 Order Confirmation & Tracking
- Upon placing an order, you will receive a detailed invoice via email (if provided), including product details and pricing.
- Once your order is dispatched, a packing video, tracking ID, and tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp / sms.
- You can also monitor your order status anytime by visitng the Order Tracking Page.
📸 Package Inspection & Unboxing
- When your package arrives, check the outer packaging for any signs of damage or tampering.
- If the package appears compromised, do not accept it. Ask the courier to return it, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
- To validate any claims, record a clear video while unboxing the package, starting from the sealed plastic flyer.

Address & Order Changes
Once an order is placed, product quantity cannot be modified.
To make changes, please cancel the existing order and place a new order with the correct quantity.
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our Customer Care team via Phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible.
Our representative will assist you if the order hasn’t been processed yet.
